Methods to upload full resolution...

clickykbd   December 23, 2009, 08:08 AM

It's an issue with the native app and sharing via email. Most people here are aware of at least one workaround, but let's list em. If you find other methods (relevant to 23 sharing, please add them).

1) PixelPipe can do it.

2) Darkroom (Premium) integrated share via email works around this resolution issue it seems. Not sure about the free version.

3) CameraBag?
Noticed this has some independent "email configuration" options... perhaps this was their approach to the problem?

4] Photogene can do it via share -> set resolution to "original" -> email photo

5] iphone photos app -> camera roll -> arrow button lower left -> select photo you want to upload -> COPY not "share" -> open iphone mail app -> new email -> paste photo into new mail

basically: manually copying and pasting the photo into a new mail will email the full resolution photo, whereas using "share" within the iphone photos app will not.
