Please list which iPhone photography applications you use on a regular basis.

Sharing links to the applications is encouraged, and discussion is welcome.

I shall post a link to my current set next time I update appsfire after a sync.

Capture:

Camera - default app, i've set the iphone to invoke it after a double tap of the home button.
Darkroom Pro - camera app that puts gridlines on the screen for alignment, makes the whole screen a shutter button, adds a shutter timer and has 'shoot when steady' accelerometer based exposure stabilization. i use this app quite often. when i'm pointing the camera at myself, wanting to make the subject of the photo aligned to grid, or shooting in low light.

Specialty Editing:

ColorSplash - desaturate areas of a photo by painting them. a well made app for selective desaturation, if you're into that kind of thing.
TouchOfColor - select a colour or two to preserve using an eyedropper tool, and the app desaturates the rest of the image. not very well made, but works.
Autostitch -an amazing achievement for a mobile device. take a few overlapping photos, select them in the app and it automatically stitches them together, both vertically and horizontally. it does the job relatively quickly as well.
TiltShiftGen - this app almost makes the 'general purpose' list because of the great job it does handling brightness, contrast and saturation. where it really shines is with adding blur to images, to both subtle and dynamic effect.

General Purpose Editing:

Mill Colour - a free app that is incredibly powerful. it combines built in processing effects with very fine grained manual controls.
PhotoForge - the closest thing to photoshop in your pocket, with brush tools and curves.. but with a poor UI and somewhat sluggish performance.
Photogene - the next closest thing photoshop in your pocket, with an incredible UI and speedy performance.. that lacks curves and brush effects.

Uploading:

Pixelpipe - a bit awkward to set up at first, but a very fast batch uploader that supports 23 and a many other sites. i like that it launches right into your camera roll, so you can start selecting photos to upload as quickly as possible.

if i was to list any of those as "must have" or "must try", i'd limit my suggestions to:

Darkroom Pro, Autostitch, Mill Colour, Photogene and Pixelpipe

the rest might be considered novelty apps, though i'd say that the nuance with which TiltShift Generator can be used lets it rise above that categorization.

Thanks for the group invite.

I like to use the default Camera app, ShakeItPhoto for a fun polaroid effect and CameraBag for its filters.

For editing, I use Photogene as well. I've tried other editing apps such as Perfect Photo but I just keep coming back to Photogene.

If all else fails, I import to Photoshop on my computer. But I usually try to keep editing at a minimum.

Hope this helps!

I think i've managed to tick all the camera/photo/image related apps in AppsFire, here's the share link:

But generally most of them are toys. I'm still pretty old school and just use the camera app. I had one that had a couple niceties like steady-hand + touch-anywhere... but it stopped working well after an OS update and I haven't put it back on yet. I think it was Darkroom Pro.

Thanks for the reminder, gonna take this chance to put it back on the phone and see if it is happy again.
