I'm sorry that there is complete silence from the 23-team. I enjoyed paying for the service, but now I will find somewhere else to host my pictures. I will not recommend you.

Allright a quick update on this one: The issue came because our media servers didn't have permissions to read a subset of your photos from one of our storage servers -- and thus returned a 404 Not Found. The problem has been rectified now and access to the photos has been restored: http://www.23hq.com/greenbean/photo/7840490
Now, I really want to apologize for both the problem itself and for the long silence in the forum. I'm in charge of responding to these queries, but the notification of your initial message was lost in a spam filter -- and thus I simply missed it.
