Sure: Send an email to team@23hq.com -- we'll write you a mail back to confirm your identity (that you in fact have access to the mail account) and then delete the account.

hello,
i wanted to delete my account, but in the meantime i decided to keep it. Today i received the answer to my "delete email", which says, that my account is now disabled.
After i loggend in there was a Message: Your Account has been disabled, click here to reactivate it (or something like that). But after i "reactivate" my account, i get an error at every page:
File not found
The requested file couldn't be located.
Go back or Go to the front page.
Does it just need some time to reactivate my account, or is this a bug (and are my photos are gone?).

I have sent several emails to team@23hq.com because I want to cancel this account and no team has cleared. Can you tell me how to do it for real ?????

I have sent an e-mail to cancel my account in March 2011 and recently again this October, but I have never received any reply. Did my e-mails ended up in a bulk filter as well?

I don't know -- but in any case you can close the account by clicking "Options" and then "Close down this account".
