How did you define "this month" for upload limit?

Hi.
I have uploaded 300 photos in the time period June 9th to June 30th. Today is July 12th and the upload page shows the message "Warning: You only have 0 photos left of your upload quota. Upgrade to 23 plus with unlimited storage for just 29 euro, or wait for more free upload quota next month."
IMO the new month has already started. :(
Is this a bug or is my understanding of "next month" not correct?

I was indeed a bug, but Guan's taken swift action and made sure that all quotas have been granted now.

Hi, I have uploaded 300 photos from 24 to 26 May and reached the limit. When can I start to upload the new photos (30 per month)?
