Help for 23

Need help sorting out how to use 23? Or have you discovered one of those nasty bugs?

IMPORT PHOTOS - NOT WORKING

Tried to import my photos from FLICKR using 23's url uploader AND the bookmarklet tool. Neither appear to be working it seems. See error msg below:

Upload photos from URL failed
image could not be parsed: identify: no decode delegate for this image format `' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/501. child process exited abnormally

Using CHROME browser/Win 7.0
