login required on iPad 1 ??

I've found a strangge issue. It only happens on my iPad (1st generation, iOS xxx). iPad 3 (running iOS 7.1) and my desktop browsers are ok.
When opening this URL
http://www.23hq.com/mprove/photo/15878455
Safari jumps to the login page
http://www.23hq.com/register/?return%5furl=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2e23hq%2ecom%2fmprove%2fphoto%2f15878455
instead of displaying the photo page on 23 directly. BTW I am not logged in to 23hq. I just want to make sure that everyone can visit my photos without having an acvount.
Can you reproduce the issue? What migh be the reason for this behavior?

I wonder is this is because there's a lingering cookie from when you were logged in still in your cache? Would you mind clear all cookies under Settings -> Safari and seeing if that also clears the issue?

Hard to tell. maybe yes, a little faster. but a few thumbnails and images still time out and show the question mark. several of refreshes eventually show all images
