Help for 23

Need help sorting out how to use 23? Or have you discovered one of those nasty bugs?

Upgrade to 23hq plus membership not working

Hello!
I tried to upgrade to 23hq plus but it isn't working.
Allways the same message when I try to pay with visa:
Payment failed
You can try again by clicking the "Retry" button.

I called Visa and they told me that there is no request at the visa system.
So the problem must be at https://secure.quickpay.dk

Can anybody help me

I am having exactly the same problem almost 1 month later.
