Service generally slow

Most times, 23 takes quite some time to respond and generally seems slow. A lot of times, my browser footer says "Waiting for 23hq.com..." and then there are seconds of wait. Some times it doesn't go anywhere from there, other (most) times, it simply takes a very long time.
Will be fixed / the way it is?

Hi Anders,
This is true and it's certainly not "the way it is".
(We have found a weird bottleneck in the old version of the database server we're running, which causes very heavy load on the disks running the db server. The catch, however, is that the 23 Photo Sharing code base has needed quite big changes for us to be able to upgrade to a more recent version of the database server. The upgrade is planned for Saturday night though, and we hope for this to resolve the issue.)
