Mexican Aster / Cosmea / Cosmos bipinnatus
Somewhere in the back of the veggie garden. Guess it's more for the bees and the pretty looks, although it is a flower whose petals you can use in eatable decorative topper for mixed greens, iced sweet bakery or similar things / Ingendwo ganz hinten im Gemuesegarten. Ich vermute als Bienenweide und Agenschmaus gedacht, obwohl man Cosmeas durchaus in essbarem Bluetenkonfetti, etwa auf Kuchenglasur oder Salat, nutzen kann. |
