Venerating an ivy? Well, okay, "Poison Ivy" from Superman perhaps, for she is a modern face of an archetypal Goddess.... But that nasty stuff jumping the fence of human backyards and killing old trees??? ;o) I will really have to think hard if that is venerable.

We can also say it is doggedly clinging on to the tree, and I'm sure that in autumn, it give beautiful and bright foliage. I'm lucky, not damaged much by its toxic sap.

It is your own choice of course to pay the raised fees and wait for their next round of extra crowd funding solicitations whilst it is rather likely that this is going to get increasingly pricey and wont last for a really long time. But it is good you found a second online place just in case it goes belly up soon or starts to hurt in the pocket.
