Cirque de Salazie on Réunion
After our three-day hiking trip into the Cirque de Mafate we returned to Col de Bœufs. Col de Bœufs is the connection between Cirque de Mafate and Cirque de Salazie where you can park your car to start your hike into Mafate. From this point you have a fantastic view into both Cirques. This shot shows Cirque de Salazie where you can see the parking area on the very left, on the right is Hell-Bourg, which is a small village in the Cirque. The left small village is Grand Îlet. |
