Built around 1800 and after some local tradition once the home of some priests cat that inspired the cats group of the local carneval club. / Es wurde um 18oo gebaut und war der Legende nach mal der Wohnsitz den Katze eines Pfarrers die die lokale Katzenzunft des Fasnetvereins inspiriert hat.

It was not always a house with visible timberwork it seems. No idea if it was when it was new but at the time b/w real photo postcards where the newest rage it was plastered, and when it was plastered it was not very attractive at all. Surprisingly, at the same time the romanesque churchtower was in the nude, showing all bumpy bare fieldstones and a hard contrast to the nave and choir.
Most amazing, there was no public square but generous fenced off yardspace where the well stands now.
