Hi there. This first subject is an invitation to tell us what you think should be published in this group.
Or... Do we really care about that?
In my own opinion, a group is to share "non private" photos; that means photos that are meaningful and closely related to the subject.
But hey... This is only my opinion. :)

Hello Mr. Fbien Basmaison, if this means I can use these " non private" photos in my blogs about China, especially Beijing?
I am leave in Beijing. However, I am not good at photograph.

It depends on the photo. You can read what the FAQ states at http://www.23hq.com/23/faq#0.1_31.
If you want to know a photo’s license, go to the page for the photo, then check for “More about this photo” or “关于这张照片的更多信息”. It will lead you to a page showing you the information you’re looking for.
