Hey! i got a message for you: they don't let people swim while surfers are at the beach, so the surfers don't run over, with surfing tables, on the swimmers heads… heh heh, not all the other silly ideas i had...

thanks Thomas! yes, it is a very San Diegan sign :) I changed the terms to the last one on the list to select, I assumed that is the least restricted one? I hope it works, if the photo can work for anything at all, I will be more than happy to share it
