Thanks Frans, a nice pix, but its the Katydid that sets it off. The flowers too are interesting, and I appreciate the post.

ID = Galinsoga ciliata OR Galinsoga quadriradiata.... Would need a good look at the foliage & whole plant to tell them apart for certain. I lean more toward G. Ciliata, though....

Anyway.... Cute little flowers =)

Fiz, for what it may be worth I found this: "Aside from 'Peruvian Daisy', other common names for this species include "Shaggy Soldiers" and common 'Quickweed' and Galinsoga ciliata is a synonym by which this species is occasionally referred. http://species.nbnatlas.org/species/NHMSYS000045898
