✎ The 22-story landmark building was designed by Emery Roth & completed in 1929. It inherited its name from the Beresford Hotel which occupied the site until 1889. The Beresford is instantly recognizable due to the four octagonal Baroque-style towers at the top. The eastern facade overlooks Central Park while the southern facade overlooks Theodore Roosevelt Park & the American Museum of Natural History.
