Architectural Marvels

✎ The mixed use building with a combination of Italian Renaissance and Beaux Arts styles was completed in 1909. The building originally housed manufacturing businesses.... In 1982 the upper floors were renovated to become 24 loft dwellings with four apartments per floor with the bottom floor reserved for commercial use. It has two entrances, both from the front, with differing numbers and a wholesale flower shop in between.
