on the top of that high and distant building, there is a restaurant named "Terraço Itália"

I was born in Paraná, lived in Rio and moved to São Paulo in 1988, after some travels around there, I came back to São Paulo 3 months ago. I thought it would be OK, but something changed inside of me...

great play of light and shadow and darkness.

Where would you want to live?

Great b&w shot, love the lighting and the texture in the sky.

Wonderful (and dark) view of the city... love the effect of the bright lights in some windows and the cloudy sky.

Thanks, people!

Dhania, huge cities, small villages... there are different problems, maybe it will just take some time to fit in at this city again.

Cool. Very Lang's Metropolis.

I lived one year in São Paulo. For a peasant like me, it was more than enough.

The colour version is so cheerful, full of brightness and life.

Cool ! There is a kind of glowing in the air illuminating this place. Did you alter brightness/shadows?
kodaky March 29, 2008, 08:51 PM
@VGA, thanks. It is an HDR (High Dynamic Range) photo, one can balance shadows and lights to make all the photo richer. Try it!
