23 tools are down for a rewrite

	I got fed up with my totally sucking hosting-provied-server-setup and took down 23tools except the geotagger. I plan to completly rewrite 23tools without that old crumpy phpFlickr library ( too many odd dependencies) that caused many of the errors. Stay tuned for more.
