Don’t self-depricate, don’t try to think of a compliment for the other person (if it’s not sincere), don’t proceed to give person a detailed account of exactly how you acquired whatever they’re complimenting you on <—- everything I used to do LOL.

1) I always analyze how people walk. I blame my profession, but hey it has its perks.

2) Finding new and interesting ways of creating double entendre. I’d go deeper, but it’s too long of a story. (LOL)
