Impatience is problematic. Not just in love, but in every way. I think we in the West are far too impatient. Don’t be waiting for life to happen. Which is not to say you should seek confrontation. I can honestly say I have never heard of a single case where the woman said, “I’m not hearing from you very often, do you like me?” and the guy said, “OMG, what am I thinking? I really do like you! I will be texting much more frequently from now on!” If you’re not hearing, it’s because he is not motivated to communicate. That sucks, but wasting your time sucks more. Online dating is tough – a very thick skin is required.
