Galaxy Diamond Plaza can't compare to any commercial project while it is on developing zone because their master plan totally changes and approved by government. The tower of commercial space has only 18 floor top three floor booked by them for lease and other fifteen for sale under the ground 2 floor banks and big baazar on more is auto car showrooms. They don't give the car parking for the shop holder it's for people who are coming of shopping in that tower and every shop will be air condition not a whole tower. Requirement almost covers everything to do better situation or more than rights solve long period of duty to improve the decoration.
