It’s a day that many people dream of. It’s that day when, after several months of house hunting, bank visits, negotiating, packing and schlepping, you finally get to move into your new house. All of the work has finally paid off.
But here’s something that many people DON’T think about. For every single one of those steps you took towards buying your home, there was someone whose job it was to make it happen. That doesn’t just include the realtor, either. There’s the Appraiser, Home Inspector, the homeowners Insurance Agent, and the Mortgage Lenders. And if there was any construction involved, you can add in the contractor, the plumber, and the landscaper, just to name a few. Oh, and if your realtor has a team, any of them may have had a hand in the sale.
But what does this all mean? It’s simple: there’s plenty of money to be made in the housing market, and you don’t have to be some sort of wheeler dealer to do it. This infographic breaks down just a few of your job options, along with their average salaries.
