Don't you normally have to ask people for permission when you picture them? :-) Here there is a law according to which, one is supposed to ask every time one pictures people in less than a group of 12.

the definition is a bit more get than what you describe in the local laws here.

but i would consider this guy a friend - and then the social context shifts.
