But it is as if they didn't go all the way. I can't figure out if I think it's hopelessly retro or if they just stopped too early...

agree, it's "somewhat" progressive. which says more about the architecture in ørestaden than...

(that being said i forgot about the student dorm that i do think is progressive, http://www.23hq.com/mygdal/photo/133681)
