Thank you very much, it's fun to approach Nature the other way around.

This is all fake of course, but I have tried to make it look real.

I have posted the uncomposited version too, I think I like that one better.

Thanks Edouard, but this was a crazy amount of work & needed
lots of good reference images for model-making. But it was fun
to deconstruct things and try to make a nice image from the
ground up.

Photography knowledge was still useful as I had to construct
things in such a way that the light sources were all logically
consistent - or at least that's what I tried to do.
