I love the photo! They are rare and uneasy to see. Which place is this?

I see them all over the place here in Canada. East/West Coast, all
times of year. So not very rare, I don't think. On the other hand,
getting a good picture is almost impossible. Thx for the comment!

They're really wonderful @Fizgig, they're always around.

And they have a variety of different songs, plus threat songs.

They can form mixed flocks too, with kinglets in winter.
