4 egg whites
1 teaspoon of vinegar
200 g of sugar
(you can add 50 g almonds and some vanilla like I did or you can add 1 table spoon cocoa)
Stir the egg whites with 4 tablespoons of sugar and vinegar until it's stiff. Pour the rest of the sugar in and put the dough on a baking paper.
Bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes at 120°C.

My loved woman has birthday on 04.04. and I plan to bake a cake.
and then you put whipped cream and fresh berries on top and perhaps some chocolate until it looks a bit like this;

Oh, and you need to let the merengue cool of before you put the whipped cream and berries on top.
