Yes. It's a fountain inside of Detroit's airport. Quite a funky one actually, which also shoots quick bursts of water that follow the same arc paths, but which are much shorter and which seem to be flying in the air.

I tried some pics of the flying water arcs as well, but I find that the photos don't quite capture the fascination of the fountain...
