Wow, absolutly amazing!!! What technic did you use to get this effect "like painted"?

Thank´s Jotty it is a photoshop manipulation using the Adobe software.

It's usually called "posterize" and it simply diminishes the amount of colors in an image, rounding them off to the left-over color closest to it.
