Stop Taking Coffe - The Best Sleep Aid

I love coffee and started to get myself addicted since I was in college. In order to cut down my sleeping time and extend my daily activities, I believed coffee is one of the remedy which will assist in this way. I need to keep myself more energetic at night, that's why coffee is my choice. That is the time for me to study when everyone is having their sweet dream. Until now, I have myself to take up to 5 glasses of coffee per day.

Because of this reason, now I'm having trouble to fall asleep at night and this really make me feel sick and I do not have energy the next day to face the job at my workplace. A good friend of mine keeps on advising me to stop consuming coffee. I know that this drinking habit cannot be stopped just like that as I have been loving coffee for years. I know the reason and it works well as the best sleep aid by stopping or reducing the caffeine drinks. I guess I need some time to keep myself out of the consumption rather than cutting this habit in only a day time!
