Healthy Sleeping HabitGetting a good and quality sleeping is really important as we spend almost 30% of our time to sleep in a day. Imagine that if you toss and turn in bed trying to sleep but get up feeling frustrated. And when you finally able to get some sleep, it only last for few hourse because you need to get up and go to work. How would you feel? One of the good sleeping habit is to avoid afternoon naps. I believed not everyone will be able to have afternoon naps on weekdays since they are in the office. But I cannot deny that this is really a sleeping killer for me. As I'm working from home, there is always the chance for me to take naps when I'm tired. Sometimes, I might have oversleep and it directly interferes my sleeping routine. It makes me so hard to sleep at nights because all the short power naps had actually make myself rest continuously during the day. That's why I will feel zippy and alert when come to nights. |
