Projectwell was commissioned to conduct a feasibility study and then prepare a business plan along with a revenue model. The end result was the conceptualisation of a 200 acre integrated township in an upcoming region of Nagpur, Maharashtra. The project has a combination of detached houses, semi-detached houses and apartment blocks. The township also has amenities like schools, hospitals and shopping. Shown in the picture is a masterplan of the project.
