I love the colour and the composition. But I would try a bit of selective sharpening on the central parts of the flower. (Sorry, no idea how the English terms are - too late and lazy for getting the dictionary out)

Thank you for your kind comments. I will certainly have a look at selective sharpening of the stamens which are coated with pollen grains. The depth of focus is very small due to the close up nature of the image and I do not want the image to look too artificial.
