Meredith Alvaro is a member of two professional organizations. She is a 3 year member of ASCD and a 1 year member of NCTE. Both organizations provide Meredith Alvaro with resources to improve her students’ literacy. Both organizations help professionals like Meredith Alvaro strengthen and develop their skills as an educator and also unite them as one voice for policy makers.
