What a reunion you had...And to have your own photographer..That is better..My niece is also a photograpger..Some sort of distant cousin perhaps.. As I am looking for an ancestor by name Mary Kittle Born about 1735 and married John Scott Jr.1735-1751 and her daughter Rebecca Scott 1762-1826..who married Edward Flowers..1743-1815.
There is a possibility her Kittle name was her second husband..I would like to find some information about her..I have researched the Scott name to no end for MaryKittle....I would appreciate any information you might have..Living in Texas..Our Flowers ancestors came into Texas in 1822 and met with Indian depredation there..Elisha then returned to his mother Rebecca Scott and Edward Flowers home in Cumberland,Kentucky..While his first son Romulous Flowers returned to his Texas land grant and is my 5 times great grandfather....You have a beautiful family..Sincerely..Laura Raley Lucero

Hi! Edward Flowers is my GGGGG grandfather. I am descended through Edward Flowers>Thomas M Flowers>Armstrong Ellis Flowers>Joseph Ellis Flowers>Joseph Goldsboro Flowers, who was my maternal grandmothers father. They seem to have travelled from Cumberland County, KY to Claiborne County, MS, and then on to Lincoln Parish, LA. Before last week, my mother and I didn't know anything about the Flowers family outside of her grandfather (Joseph Goldsboro), so this is all very exciting to us. We had been looking for a long time and just could not find anything, and then I went to the library one day and found a census record and it was just a windfall from there. I'm also excited to find more cousins, like yourself on the Flowers side. You might be glad to know that I have brought the family lineage back to Texas. I live in Dallas, and have 5 children born and raised here. The only Indians here now are the ones who do technical support. :)

Question: I assumes that Rebecca Scott was the daughter of Mary Kittle and John Scott Jr. If so, then if John died in 1751, and Rebecca was born in 1762... thats not possible. Is it a typo perhaps? Thanks!
