Female flower of Trichosanthes kirilowii var. japonica
キカラスウリ (黄烏瓜) の雌花
ウリ科 Cucurbitaceae カラスウリ属 Trichosanthes
雌花は蕾の段階で子房が膨らんでおり、開花後も
雌蕊の柱頭が３裂しているので判別は容易。
雌雄異株(dioecious plant)なので、この株は雌株。
現在咲いているのは（蕾も）雌花ばかりで、
雄花は見つからなかったが、
昨年の結実があるので、どこかに雄株があるはず。

This vine plant is not an ornamental plant.
It's a wild plant though the flowers are so interesting and beautiful !
