Dusty miller (3rd eason)
シロタエギク (白妙菊)
学名 Jacobaea maritima / Senecio cineraria DC.(Synonyms)
確か２本しか植えていないはずなんだけど、毎年
刈り込んでも、花壇を覆うほどに茎を伸ばします。
シルバーリーフの代表ですが、初夏には花茎を
長く伸ばして花を咲かせます。葉を楽しむために
いつも整枝していると、気付かないかもしれませんが、
鮮やかな黄色の花も可愛いものです。

Yes, the entire flower is yellow :)
Gardeners often cut it's stems of flower though they are so cute.
Why? Because they enjoy it's silver leaves ...
