Cornus florida (2012 season)
ハナミズキ(花水木、アメリカヤマボウシ)
英名：Flowering Dogwood
蕾や咲き始めの苞(bract) は結構濃いピンク色。
咲き進むと、色合いが淡くなり、白い部分が広がる。
実際の花は、花冠の中心部の黄緑色の部分。
（この写真は逆光で撮っているので陰になって
茶色っぽく見えるが。）
今年、この木は花付が少ない。
その分花冠が大きめのような気がするのだけど。。。

Very nice with the white background and the transparent leaves and flowers. Very good idea with the light from the background. So it looks like a High-Key :)
