かの'有名'な弟切草と同族の外来種、
薬効については不明。
底面潅水にしている鉢から自然発生)、
湿地を好むらしい。
茎は30cm程で角張り、葉は3cm前後で細長く、
多数の明点がある。
花径は8mm程度で陽が高くなる頃には閉じる。
