Sternanissauce klingt spannend, war sie gut? über die Präsentation müssen wir nochmal reden... hier wäre ein kleinerer Teller wohl passender gewesen ;)

Die Sauce war spitze und passte gut zum Filet. Vielleicht hatten sie nicht genügend kleine (passende) Teller - War eine Weihnachtsfeier mit entsprechend vielen Gästen ... Wer weiß :)
