lol, no I would eat the frosting before I could get a chance to put it on the cake, but it was very tasty, it was double chocolate.

Nice! Nothing like good American double-chocolate cake. We can't get stuff like that in Denmark, so the from-scratch way is the only way!

You live in Denmark? Thats Awesome. Didn't know you couldn't get double chocolate cake there, thats odd, when I think of Denmark and Germany and other European countries I picture that they like chocolate more than the US. I went to Germany once, I hope to go back to Europe again in about a year to visit more places.

Well, they aren't big on layer cakes and icing and so on. Chocolate we have, but it's more about pastries if you are picking something up at the bakery. It'd definitely be hard to dig up a cake like yours!
