No, you can't, you need at least 1GB of dedicated video memory, as shown on the Rockstar official website, to meet the minimum system requirements for running GTA 5. However, in my opinion, only one card with 1GB graphics is not enough. Enough to run GTA 5 (GTA 5 mods). You need a graphics card of at least 2 GB to work properly in a medium configuration.
