hi nm. i just googled the location, hopped the ferry and a bus and walked on in thru private property (a store has a lot that abuts a trail to the water). there is no 'permission' given for this place - if you go keep in mind it can be considered trespassing, tho i dont think they vigilantly patrol it. on the downside, there is zero cellphone coverage and many (most) parts are extremely hazardous, so think twice before diving in. a partner, crappy clothing and a camera that you can live with being destroyed are a couple of suggestions. that said, it is jaw-dropping and prob like nothing you've ever seen before, so have fun (and send me a link to your fotos).
