high line special - so, on my walk back down the line, saw an abandoned warehouse under the tracks with the corrugated door not quite rolled to within about a foot of the ground. took a peek under, saw this, said what the hell & threw my camera bag under, lay down and rolled. being the middle of a sunny day in the heart of chelsea's art gallery district with people practically walking on me, i did consider for a sec someone might care enough to actually say/do something, but dammit, the only other way up being the ramp on 34th that i could find, i wasn't going to let this pass. and no one seemed to notice. quite dark in that little room & a 15 ft ladder conveniently propped up to the roof were both nice. made me feel a bit better bout not actually walking it. just a bit.
