oh btw maple syrup is a healthy sugar, it has much magnesium and other cool things that are good for you, much healthier than honey bee, ask the canadians if not, hey?

hahahhahahahaha.... well, Honey Bee is a fine young lady too.... so don't worry, I'm sure she has been good to you all these years ;))

Next time, you can put her under a test..... adding it to some sliced bananas, creamy yogurt and cinnamon... Fire proof !!! I'm telling you....hehehehe

yes yes here more on the maple syrup healthy properties, is the only one of honeys that is not a complex sugar therefore is healthier

also when selecting it, the best kind is Maple Syrup grade B, since it's less processed than grade A, you can find it at Trader Joe's
and on healthy breakfast recipes, i think you'd like this one Euz :)

also here some more on it

i do like grade B much better, it's heavier, darker and it tastes like trees!!

not sure about this years harvest Thomas, i usually get mine at Trader Joe's and the grade B usually tastes very similar from year to year

ah also grade B is cheaper ;)

Bere, the maple syrup expert! hehehe
I heard about the amount of the harvest, that it was so poor this year. No mention on the quality.

I had no time to read it yet, but you made me curious!
