ya know? damn good. am now questioning my entire life eating muffins with crinkled paper wrappers on their bottoms. moist and full of crumbs when removed. instead, a little butter in the muffinhole and, voila! crispy shell. (somehow i feel like im talking golf here...)

(and to the muffins only comment - i think it is possible if you stuff every fifth one with hot dogs and another fifth with fruit:))

I used to like muffins until I ate a fair amount of them, without noticing the paper... ;)
