thanks for the food pix, i do appreciate food from all different cultures, living in Southern California, i get lucky with lots of diverse asian food and of course mexican, some other dishes are missed, please keep on posting traditional food ;)
bet the chefs in the bestest restaurants woulda been happy as i to sit there and eat. as far as i could tell, these "food centers" - basically strip malls of 10-foot wide food stalls end to end - comprise a huge part of the sg diet, and everyone has (multiple) favorite dishes from certain stalls. and with these centers located next to every major housing development (hdb), there's plenty to choose from. yum
