the sort of business that pops up on sukhumvit after midnight. a full-service bar that'll stay there till the sun rises. not quite as exciting as the transgender stand by my hotel, but appreciably more well-stocked. (and the mini-restaurants that sprawl across the sidewalk with the plastic chairs and tables, heineken and vodka, yellowed chicken and sauces of colors i haven't seen before..? ate every chance i could, and felt better than after any meal in nyc. somehow it works. real good
